To Schedule a DVD or VHS to be played:
1. Go to the TelecenterCPS: http://10.196.17.5/
2. Click on: Telecenter CPD 3.5
3. Enter your username and password:
Username is your complete room number, i.e. G199
Password is just the number, i.e. 199
4. Search for the DVD or VHS you want to show
5. Click the "Schedule" button
6. Click the date and highlight the times
7. Click the button, "Save Schedule".
8. You will receive a confirmation message that the resource has been scheduled.
Controlling your DVD or VHS
1. Log in using directions 1-3 above.
2. Click "Control".
3. Click on the location where you will be showing the resource
4. Click "Submit".
5. You are now at the "Control" Screen.
6. Click the picture of the device you want to use and the controls will appear.
7. You are now in control of the resource.
