How to: Create a WebMail Signature

 
Items to include in an email signature: Your name, course, email address, school, contact information, etc. and the following in red:
 
All email correspondence to and from this address is subject to North Carolina Public Records Law which may result in monitoring and disclosure to third parties, including law enforcement
Step What you will do:
  1. Go to the WebMail Inbox window.
  2. Click Options
  3. This is what you will see
  1. Click:  Edit Signature
    Result
    : The Signature window displays.
  2. Enter your signature in the space provided.
  3. Click Save and Close  (Important)
Auto-Insert Signature
  1. Place a check mark in:  Automatically display my signature in outgoing messages.
  2. NOTE:  Your have additional choices that allow personalization of email content.  ENJOY!!
