           MEDIA CENTER IN-SERVICES
                AND RENEWAL CREDIT

It is possible to receive renewal credit hours for In-Service programs taken in the Media Center. I am working with Linda Helbig, Marvin Ridge Information Technology Specialist, to get the paperwork submitted. I will keep you informed.

MOODLE IN-SERVICE REGISTRATION

Linda Helbig will be presenting an In-Service on Moodle Friday, Dec. 7th. The last day to sign up is tomorrow as Linda needs to set you up with a Moodle account and a template.

                   TECHNOLOGY TIPS

Alphabetize a list you've typed in word.
1. Make sure you typed each list item on
    a separate line i.e. clicked Enter or
     Return between items.
2. Click Table > Sort and OK.
(If text other than the list appears on your page, highlight the list before sorting)


      Keyboard Shortcuts you can't do without!
CTRL+C (Copy)      CTRL+X (Cut)
CTRL+V (Paste)      CTRL+Z (Undo)


   Searching for a Word on a Webpage
1. Go to “Edit” on the menu bar and select
     “Find” from the list
2. Type what you are looking for in the
     “Find" box and click “Find Next”
3. You will be taken to the exact place in
     the webpage where the word you typed
     appears. The term will be highlighted.

EOC Practice Exercises
